MILAN FASHION WEEK GIORGIO ARMANI SHOW

The Giorgio Armani show was certainly a highlight of Milan Fashion Week, drawing to a close today. Apart from the inspirational and sensational outfits displayed on the sidewalk, the prince of fashion showed a stunningly beautiful kaleidoscope of colours today,  luring  us into summer with a multitude of Purple Pinks and floral prints. How lucky can we be, being from the Southern hemisphere with summer on our doorsteps, and ready to slip into these awesome outfits? Some outfits were complimented with hats as big as satellite dishes, with most ensembles presenting soft, flowing and feminine lines, allowing for movement and comfort. The beauty of Armani is that the structure and style of its designs are so wearable, and not only looking good on size zero models, making it accessible for women of a certain body shape, not to even mention women of a certain age.....

  1. Oooh, I've long been a fan of Italian designers, Gianni Versace, Giorgio, Missoni, Laura Biagiotti, Gianfranco Ferre to name a few. They have such a fluidity of movement. Lucky you, enjoying Milan first hand. And lucky us, following along via your blog posts.

  3. This is very flowy for Armani. I am used to more structured silhouettes.
