RES IPSA LOQUITUR IN CHARTREUSE

Let's join forces and dispel the myth that print makes you look big, and even if it does, to bad.  Wearing it head to toe does however seem to diminish the effect, elongating the body slightly - not that I need to look any taller at 1,78 metre!  Step out in 7 inch heels and you can reach for the tree tops (pun intended)!  My tree print suit was seen before in a post during Milan Fashion Week 2013, I then stashed it away in the back of my closet until I decided to remix it with some colour. This time I restyled it with heels and a bright Chartreuse, breaking up the monotony of print. Any print seems to work with a spot of colour creating contrast. Take on a wardrobe challenge, and sport any print with a brightly coloured accessory!

If I may flaunt a little Latin from my student days, I would say res ipsa loquitur, freely translated it means, the thing speaks for itself. Well, in this case, the print needs no further explanation...
